“Second try ko na mag-training sa Magsaysay, so I think 2018 yung first ko na training. Gusto ko talagang i-pursue yung cruise line career, napunta lang ako sa Canada. Then unfortunately, may mga ibang nangyari doon, so now naghahanap ako ng another one—another job. So ito yung una kong naisip: bumalik sa Magsaysay, then meron na akong background sa training. So hopefully, kapag natapos ko yung training na ito, may makuha akong job sa cruise line. Oo naman, mairerecommend ko mga trainers ko, pero si Sir Mike yung talagang madaming nabibigay na idea na dapat gawin sa barko if ever na makuha sa cruise. Then maganda yung building. I don’t know sa ibang training center, pero yung cousin ko dito din siya nagpunta—sa MIHCA and Magsaysay. Siya din yung nag-recommend sa akin: “Kuya, try mo yung Magsaysay, training ka lang.” And then yun lang. Una sa lahat, napunta na ako dito, alam ko na yung mga nagtuturo at tinuturo. Maganda. Di ko lang siya ma-compare sa ibang training centers kasi hindi pa ako nakakapunta sa iba. Pero kung may irerecommend ako, definitely, Magsaysay.”

“I recommend ko ang Magsaysay Training Center kasi na-experience ko yung mga lessons, at lahat ng lessons na tinuro ng mga instructor dito ay sobrang useful. Magagamit ko siya in case of fire emergency na naturo sa mga last topic namin, pati na rin sa mga safety at emergencies, lalo na yung mga emergencies sa barko. Tuturuan ka ni Magsaysay kung paano yung tamang proseso sa pagsasampa ng barko. Tuturo niya yung tamang edukasyon na kailangan mong malaman — kung ano ba talaga yung nasa barko, ano dapat mga gawain, and then rules and regulations sa barko.” Sa mga tinuro naman ni Magsaysay, sobrang quality niya. Sobrang dami kong natutunan na mga gusto ko nang matutunan. Nakuha ko siya dito, o nag-gain ako dito sa training center, at mas marami pa akong matututunan.”
